This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit easylevelsystem.com (the "Site"), place an order with us, receive a delivery from us, or sign up for our delivery text message notifications (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.
2. Information We Collect

Contact information: mobile phone number, landline phone number, and email address.
Delivery information: delivery address, unit or apartment number, gate or access codes, parking instructions, job site contact details, and any special handling instructions you provide.
Billing information: billing address and, where applicable, the email address designated for invoices.
Order information: the products you order, quantities, order value, requested delivery date, and any notes attached to your order.

2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address and approximate geographic location, browser type, device type, and operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.
This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8 for more detail.
2.3 Information collected during delivery
In the course of completing a delivery, we may collect proof-of-delivery photographs of the delivered materials at the delivery location, timestamps recording when an order left our warehouse and when it was delivered, delivery location data used to route and confirm deliveries, and notes recorded by our delivery personnel regarding the delivery.
2.4 Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers on our Site. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and card details are provided directly to those processors, not to us.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, biometric data, or health information.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
To fulfill your order. We use your identity, contact, delivery, and order information to process your order, prepare it for shipment, route it to your delivery location, and complete the delivery.
To communicate with you about your delivery. We use your mobile phone number to send you the delivery notifications described in Section 4, and to allow our delivery personnel to reach you during the delivery window if they encounter an issue locating or accessing the delivery location.
To provide customer support. We use your contact information and communication records to respond to your questions, resolve problems with an order, and process returns.
To operate and improve our business. We use order and delivery data to schedule routes, manage inventory, measure delivery performance, and improve our service.
To maintain records. We retain order and delivery records, including proof-of-delivery photographs, to document completed transactions and to resolve any later dispute about whether or when materials were delivered.
To comply with law. We use and retain information as necessary to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
4.Text Message Communications
4.1 What we send
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will send you automated notifications about the status of your delivery. These typically include a message when your order leaves our warehouse with an estimated arrival window, and a message confirming that your materials have been delivered. We may also send a message if there is a delay or a change to your scheduled delivery.
In addition, our delivery personnel may contact you by text message or telephone during the delivery window if they need to reach you about your delivery, for example if they cannot locate the delivery point, cannot access the property, or need confirmation of where to place the materials.
4.2 Frequency and rates
You will receive up to 4 messages per order. Message frequency varies depending on how many orders you place.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. EASY LEVEL does not charge you for these messages.
4.3 How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further automated messages.
You may reply HELP at any time to receive information about the service and how to contact us.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to place orders with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. If you opt out, we may still need to contact you by telephone or email regarding an active order.
4.4 Sharing of mobile opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4.5 Delivery of messages
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
5.How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share your information only as described below.
Delivery personnel. Our drivers and delivery staff receive the information needed to complete your delivery, including the delivery address, access instructions, and order contents.
Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate our business. These include our messaging provider, our payment processor, our point-of-sale and invoicing platform, our website host, and our cloud storage and application platform. These providers may access your information only to the extent necessary to perform services for us, and they are obligated to protect it.
Professional advisors. We may share information with our accountants, auditors, insurers, and attorneys where necessary in the ordinary course of business.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our agreements; to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EASY LEVEL, our customers, our employees, or the public.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
6.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to complete your order, provide customer support, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Order and delivery records, including proof-of-delivery documentation, are generally retained for the period required by applicable law and for as long as needed to address potential claims regarding a delivery.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7.Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include access controls limiting who within our organization can view customer contact information, and use of reputable third-party platforms with their own security programs.
No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access our Services.
