How to Install the EASY LEVEL SYSTEM

1. Apply Thinset:
Spread an even layer of thinset on the surface, following manufacturer recommendations.

2. Place EASY LEVEL CLIPS:
Remove excess thinset from tile edges to prevent overflow. Position clips 20"–30" apart for optimal leveling.

3. Align Tiles:
Ensure tiles are properly aligned. Press lightly and evenly. Tap with a rubber mallet or use vibrators if needed.

4. Insert TLR WEDGES:
Slide TLR WEDGES into the larger cavity of the EASY LEVEL CLIPS.

5. Adjust TLS PLIER Screws:
Set screws to control how far the TLR WEDGES are pushed, ensuring even pressure.

6. Press TLR WEDGES:
Use TLS PLIER or press manually. Apply firm pressure without deforming clips. Caution: Excess pressure can break clips or misalign tiles.

7. Clean Excess Thinset:
Remove any thinset from joints immediately to prevent hardening and ensure easy clip removal.

Using an overly thick layer of thinset can make the clips sink too deep. This may make it harder to insert tile wedges and remove the clips afterward. Keep thinset layers consistent for optimal leveling performance.

Apply gentle, controlled pressure when using TLS PLIER to install spacers. Excessive force can break the spacer base, slowing down your installation and reducing efficiency.
